Welcome to Cavendish Content, the trading name of my freelance business.

I'm Marc Shoffman, a NCTJ-qualified freelance writer specialising in personal finance, property, business, cryptocurrencies and travel.

I completed my journalism training in 2005 so can still remember when there were doubts about whether this Internet fad would catch on.

My writing has appeared in a variety of print and online publications from Financial Times Business to The Times and The Mail on Sunday and I am able to write anything from news and features to natives and advertorials. 

I have also dipped my toe into other matters such as writing for the Jewish and LGBT community, where highlights include interviewing celebrities such as Leonard Nimoy, Uri Geller and Bonnie Tyler!

Oh and I even did some comedy once upon a time!
